Workshop: AE BootCamp 2.0

Help them be better for themselves, the agency and the clients.

Print Brochure, PDF (426Kb)

Account Managers/Executives are the primary client facing members of an agency's staff. After all, they are the ones that are charged with the responsibility of keeping the relationship healthy and growing the agency's business with one or more clients.

It's a tough job.

AMR has two workshops for the Account Management Group. This one, AE BootCamp 2.0 and the Strategic Account Management Workshop. Most attend the AEBootCamp 2.0 before going on to the Strategic Account Management Workshop, although that is not mandatory.

If you don't have the time to properly train your account service team, AMR can do it. We've been doing it for more than 15 years. We've worked with thousands of account people and have helped them understand how to build a relationship, build programs, increase profitability, work with the agency staff, write a proposal/plan and know the difference between providing "stuff" to clients and "providing solutions to business problems."

Two days. This is the difference between having successful and mediocre account personnel. After all, they can't use knowledge they don't have. We'll help them be better. We'll help them be successful for your agency. We've been doing it for a long time and have a long list of successes.
