AMR Roundtables

For agency owners and senior managers who are fully versed on total agency operations and management. Roundtables are limited to 12 non-competing agencies each. More…

What are Roundtables?

They’re your move up to a better level of performance. Facilitated by Dave Wood—founder of AMR and seasoned business consultant—AMR agendas include the sharing of proven agency management tools, case histories and experiences from Dave’s years of combined agency management, ownership and agency consulting experience. In addition to getting clear, comprehensive point-by-point presentations for operating a profitable agency, you’ll collaborate with other agency owners and senior managers. All roundtables are comprised of non-competing participants from all parts of the marketing communications industry—B2C and B2B ad agencies, graphic design, media, interactive and public relations firms.

Who should attend?

AMR Roundtables are especially designed to meet the needs of agency principals of small marketing communication firms. Roundtables can be especially valuable for agency principals who come from the creative side of the business and want not-so-common left-brain essentials for operating a profitable agency.

Not like other agency meetings

Other agency management meetings are either professional presentations or top management councils. AMR roundtables combine the benefits of both and can be equally helpful for participants with specific concerns and those who just want to gain new insights for improving business performance.

Additional Roundtable benefits

Safe & Open Harbor. AMR Roundtables are structured for peer discussion of specific common challenges and as a forum for an open exchange of experience, ideas and solutions. Only one agency from any specific market will be registered for an AMR Roundtable.

Real Network. One of the most valuable benefits you will receive from participation with AMR is the network of like-minded industry peers from non-competing markets. These ongoing relationships can accommodate your needs as you communicate and share with each other. Pitching a healthcare client or some other industry new to you? Talk with someone who specializes in it.

The Real Deal. You’ll receive a full year of telephone consultation and are encouraged to call Dave Wood to discuss specific areas of concern following your participation with AMR.
