AMR Agency Networks are an outgrowth of the roundtable experience. They meet semi-annually at a location of their choosing. Agency owners, like you, discover that they benefit tremendously by getting together to work on their agencies. They are no longer the lonely Nova Scotia lighthouse keeper. Members are constantly exchanging information to help one another improve their businesses.

• Roundtable Networks aren't like other groups and associations. Members have higher profits and lower client and staff turnover.
• Each two-day network session serves as a vibrant and provocative sounding board and source of ideas. Members present a review of financial performance, new business successes and overall agency status. Agencies also bring problems to present to the group seeking discussion and advice.
• Visiting professional advisors and speakers are a regular features of network meetings. The greatest areas of interest are new business, personnel and profitability.
• Network members are building alliances to provide greater in-depth services for their clients and to land important prospects.
• Meeting locations provide a relaxing atmosphere for working and playing hard. Each network has its own set of governing bylaws.
• Networks have 10 to 12 member agencies. Roundtable groups, such as this, facilitate dynamic group discussions and problem solving.
• The pre-requisite for membership is participation in a Management Roundtable plus an invitation from either AMR or a network member.
• Members pay an annual membership fee and are billed for their share of each meeting expense.
